I never thought a guy from a little town in Michigan, who barely graduated high school would end up running multiple successful businesses for over 20 years all across the country helping thousands of other business owners and leaders to achieve their career goals and business success.  

Growing up, no one in my family was a business owner or an entrepreneur.  My father worked for General Motors for over 40 years, and my mother was a volunteer scout leader and a store manager.  Little did I know; when I moved out at the age of 15 because I thought I knew it all, that the character traits and habits I learned from parents would lead to my running successful businesses across the country and teaching others how to do the same.  I have managed and lead teams of all sizes in manufacturing, retail, hospitality, banking, and many other industries designing and implementing strategies, processes, and systems to effectively and efficiently run and grow their businesses.   

Join us for this three month Small Business Mastermind series where you will learn and work with other Small Business Owners and Entrepreneurs who are, or have experienced the same pains and frustrations of running a successful, sustainable, growing business.  

During the Mastermind you will learn knowledge and skills required to develop and implement an action plan for your business on:

    - Telling your marketing story

Each of these areas will help you to identify your why, what your value is, how to better serve your customer, the importance of building relationships and creating memorable experiences, and how to attract and retain the customers and employees you desire! 


Each Mastermind session will be broken into three parts.
